Research Interests: Sachin studies at the intersection of strategy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial finance. His work examines how immigrant spillovers shape start-up formation, how biases affect early-career recruitment, and how entrepreneurial returns vary globally. Before Wharton, he was a Predoctoral Fellow in the Entrepreneurial Management and Finance unit at Harvard Business School, co-authoring projects on career seniority, and athlete peer and network effects.
